Simona Parvanova

Simona Parvanova is the Leasing and Marketing Director of Trinity Capital, an investment and development company specialized in retail parks and shopping centers. The company presently owns a portfolio of four retail parks – Jumbo Plaza in Sofia, Retail Park Haskovo, Retail Park Yambol and G-Center in Plovdiv. Recently, Trintiy Capital has acquired 50% of the shares of Maga Mall Sofia in Lulin. The company is about to develop the largest retail park in the country as an extension Jumbo Plaza retail park with total GLA of 85,000 sq.m. , featuring over 22,000 sq.m. big boxes, DYI store of over 10,000 sq.m. and the only outlet village in the country OUTLET VILLAGE SOFIA on 7,600 sq.m. accommodating 50 shops.
Simona has over 20 years of experience in leasing and management of commercial property working for a number of investors and consultants in Bulgaria, as well as the Western Balkans.
